1. Exchange or return possible within 15 days of purchase on regularly priced products. No exchanges or returns possible on gift cards and sale items, which are considered final sales. No exchange or refund possible on teething rings, pacifiers, pacifier cases, bottles, rattles and tableware for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Items must be in their original, undamaged condition. They must be returned :
- in their original packaging, with labels and instruction booklets.
- in their original condition (unused and unworn).
- disassembled (if applicable).
All products are rigorously inspected upon receipt. Jourès reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions and may return the products to the purchaser at the latter's expense. In some cases, restocking fees may apply.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For any return or exchange of merchandise, you will be required to pay your own shipping costs.
4. Handling fee
A handling fee of $9.99 CDN plus tax applies to each return request (excluding surcharges applicable to certain items). This fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchange
In the event of an exchange, the new product will be sent to you once the original product has been received and inspected by our warehouse.
